Returns and Exchanges

Our items are considered an intimate product so due to health and hygiene reasons we cannot accept any refunds, returns or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

To avoid issues, please inspect your outfit within 24 hours of the delivery date. If you have received the wrong item or it is damaged, please contact us immediately with images and we will be glad to help.

Shipping Information

All items are shipped via Post Canada.

Please note we are not responsible for packages lost, stolen or damaged in transit. If there is an issue with delivery, please contact Post Canada and file a claim.

Processing Times

Ready-to-Wear items: 1-6 business days.
Made to Order items: 3-9 business days.
